I have extensive experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, CBT for psychosis, Mindfulness techniques, DBT, Good Psychiatric Management (GPM) for Borderline Personality Disorder, play therapy, and other evidence-based practices.  


 I have considerable experience working with patients with diverse cultural backgrounds, diagnoses, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and genders.  I am LGBTQ+ friendly

 I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to healing.   I am a  clinical psychologist with experience with children and adults, licensed in Vermont, New York and Connecticut.  I am a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University, and earned my Masters and Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from St. Joh
